Description:
The commit is the central IT service provider of the two carrier communities of Aarau and Baden. In this role, commit provides the two carrier communities. The existing telephone systems of Aarau and Baden are now to be used by a Microsoft team's telephony solution be replaced. The commit is responsible for this replacement and will offer the future solution as a service (telephony service), which the two sponsoring communities receive from the commit.
With the present advertisement, commit is looking for a provider to support the initial implementation The new Microsoft (MS) team telephony solution including MS teams certified mediators and DECT solution, connection of various converting systems (e.g. alarm, intercom, etc.) as well as a reliable partner for the third-level support. The procurement consists of the initial service of the procurement of hardware, software and services for initial provision (project planning, rollout, support, training support) of the MS Team Telephony Services towards the sponsoring communities and recurring services in the form of licenses, Maintenance work and the third-level support.
