- Flat roof / hall skylights / plumbers / lightning protection work according to BKP 224 for the SBB project Daniken Conservation and Intervention Center (EIZ).
Today's fast goods hall in Daniken will be expanded into an infrastructure maintenance and intervention center (EIZ) for around 200 employees modernized. The building consists of a large warehouse with hall tracks and loading ramps, workshops, office workspaces with meeting rooms, living room with kitchen/lounge, technical rooms, etc.
The work is submitted as individual contributors and submitted to various procedures divided.
Part of this submission includes the flat roof work including barrel skylights, consisting of:
* Renewal of all barrel light strips, including RWA sashes.
* Partial adjustments, renovations, staged measures on the existing flat roof structure in the area of facade renovation of the head building and at the skylights.
* New construction of the canopy flat roof structure at the new hall entrance.
* New lightning protection with air-termination rods for existing flat roof structure with extensive greenery.
* Retrofitting fall protection.
* Plumbing work in the area of the head building (new facade) and at specific points Measures
