Description:
The Canton Aargau courts are looking for one or more providers to replace the currently used business administration software Juris-4 (specialist application for the courts).
The new solution is intended to use the users of the Canton of Aargau (Higher Court, Special Administrative Court, forced Mass Court, District courts [including Family dishes/Kesb], arbitration authorities and various commissions) enable user -centered electronic management. Important requirements are: High configurability, comprehensibility of data changes, revision security of documents, Extensive evaluation options, use of digital signatures and control of legal deletion periods. A user -friendly, barrier -free surface in German is sought, which offers automated processes for intuitive use in a collaborative work environment. The aim of a consistently digital, non-media-free procedure with electronic filing in the Justice Akte application (JAA) is also necessary to integrate interfaces seamlessly.
