- The aim of this tender is the selection of a suitable development partner who has proven personnel capacities, methodological expertise and technical experience in order to together with the client to have an individual software solution for an integrated coordination platform in to implement digital fire protection.
The selected partner should support the project for a term of three years with up to 4,000 hours a year (corresponds to approx. 2 FTE), In total, up to 12,000 hours. As described in Chapter 2.1 of the tender documents, there is also an option to extend the contract by another two years (up to 4,000 hours per year).
There is no entitlement of the contractor to the full purchase of the advertised Hours through the procurement site.
These include in particular the following areas of responsibility:
• Technical conception of the solution
• Solution architecture
• Implementation and development
• conditional further developments (Change requests)
• Support services with defined response times
