Description:
With the present tender, the client aims to cover his need for solutions for Los 1 and Lot 2 for a period of five years, with the option to two years each.
Los 1 - Put (Patient Universal Terminal)
* Provision of a market tires, Tried -and -tested standard software solution for a put according to the requirements defined in the specification
* Services for the introduction, configuration, adaptation to the processes of the client and commissioning at all locations.
* Integration into existing IT systems such as the clinic information system Or the meal system according to LH02
* Necessary licenses, recurring software maintenance and support for the specified quantity framework for a period of 5 years at guaranteed conditions
* Project services according to LH01, Chapter 7
* Operating services according to LH01, Chapter 8
* Implementation Additional functions from the area of visions based on the pool hours
* The currently available put hardware remains in principle and continues to be used (exchange only at End of Life). In principle, it is not a hardware procurement. Any more necessary Replacements or retrofits must be specified and in terms of price.
