Description:
Digital workplaces are essential for efficiently fulfilling the performance mandate of a modern public administration. The currently installed devices, such as hardware, multifunctional devices and peripheral devices (keyboards, mice etc.), are with the customers respectively. to gradually replace ITSH service recipients. Furthermore, due to mobility and digitalization, the needs for new work requirements with regard to digital workplaces have increased in recent years changed. The current client infrastructure should be unified and standardized in order to ensure future-oriented, smooth and economical operation in the long term. There should be notebooks, convertibles, tablets, monitors and Peripheral devices (keyboards, mice, headsets, etc.) as well as printers and multifunctional printers can be procured through this public tender. A service provider is also being sought to provide the software packaging service for ITSH takes over. Client hardware service Lot 1 is about procuring client hardware in its various forms. For this purpose, a service provider is being sought who will purchase these devices, pre-assemble them in accordance with the requirements of the ITSH and which is able to continuously adapt its service in line with ITSH's evolving service level and the roadmap of the device manufacturer.
