- As part of the infrastructure project between Staldifeld and Oberdorf, extensive construction and renewal measures are implemented in order to increase the performance of the railway line and to ensure its operational safety in the long term. The first section of the project includes the expansion of aDouble lane system in the Staldifeld area from kilometer 7,800 to kilometer 8,923. A track distance of 3.40 meters is realized. In the course of this work, two switches of type 900 are installed, the track drainage is completely newly created and the existing guide andSecuring system replaced. In addition, the cable system is adapted to the new lines.
