General planner for the planning services/engineering/construction management SIA phase 31 to 53: Architecture, civil engineer, HVAC planner, sanitary planner, building physics, electrical planning building, surveying, landscape architecture for the new building at the UW Wankdorf
Detailed initial situation:
This Wankdorf substation is nestled between the railway lines leading from Bern to Zollikofen and Guemligen and the immediately adjacent Stauffacherstrasse in the east of the city of Bern. The UW, which has existed since the beginning of the 1970s, has reached the end of its life and must be completely replaced. Because of A project must be developed and implemented based on the solutions developed in feasibility studies. A new building needs to be built to accommodate the modern substations. Once the new substation has been fully commissioned, the old system and the old building will be complete dismantled. In addition to this tender, the engineering of the high- and medium-voltage electrical systems will be awarded separately in a procurement process.
