Description:
We are looking for a full-service agency with well-founded experience in the successful development and implementation of employer branding campaigns.
As part of the order of the tender, the existing employer branding campaign is to be supplemented by three subjects on defined subject areas and topics. These should be linked to the already launched and rolled-out central city-wide branding campaign and be converted and applicable. In addition, a campaign idea for a parallel campaign with a focus should be on the currently advertised areas (call-to-action campaign) to be developed to match the existing central city of the city. Conceptual considerations (in terms of content and media) to achieve the new target group of career changers should also be developed. In addition, the existing central overall city Employer branding campaign (critical reflection of the existing campaign and its media planning, strategic considerations for further development including the development of a creative approach, optimization proposals for media planning). The provider must have the considerations for the further development of the campaign for the (decentralized) service departments and companies and, if applicable, can be adaptable for central internal employer branding measures.
