Description:
To expand the city of Chur's district heating and energy network, a new energy center is being built at Felsenaustrasse 29 for heat generation. The new building, in which heat is primarily generated by heat pumps, is in the west Part of the IBC area. In the future, part of the Pulvermühle cluster will be supplied with energy and heat via the energy center. The primary aim is to make maximum use of the available groundwater as a source for the heat pumps and the anergy network will be.Final expansion of the energy centerThe heat generation of the energy center IBC will be carried out in the final expansion using two NH3 heat pumps with a total output of 3,000 kW. Due to the high peak loads caused by commercial and industrial uses Perimeter, two gas boilers with a total of 4,500 kW are used to cover peak loads and for redundancy purposes. Groundwater serves as the source with two extraction well and two return well locations. The extraction capacity is a total of 330 l/s. The groundwater will in the energy center on 3 x 1.85 MW groundwater heat exchangers, which supply a bidirectional anergy network with source energy. The heat pumps of the energy center are integrated into the anergy network. The heating network is operated with a system temperature of Operated at 65 / 45°C. The bidirectional anergy network offers system temperatures in the hot conductor of 7...19°C or in the cold conductor of 3...15°C. Stage 1 Energy center In the first stage, an NH3 heat pump with 1.5 MW heat output is used for heat supply. Anergie is implementing a plate heat exchanger.
