- The contract concerns architect services for the energy sanitation project and the renovation of buildings located Chemin des Eterpeys 1-3-5-7 / 10-12-14 / 24-26-28 in Lausanne. Built in 1986, these 3 buildings house 74 apartments, a daycare, shops and two underground garages. The services to be carried out cover the project phases of the work, authorization request, call for tenders and completion of the work (excluding works management) in accordance with SIA regulations. 102 and 112. Works management services will be provided by the Project Owner.
