- The University Hospital of Zurich (USZ) is putting out public tenders for energy procurement - specifically electricity procurement - for the years 2029, 2030 and 2031. The subject of the tender is the reliable, economical and sustainable supply of the USZ as well the ZüriPharm uses electrical energy, whereby ecological and economic aspects are equally taken into account. The expected electricity demand is around 41 GWh per year. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the award criteria according to Art. 29 IVöB economically most advantageous offer was made. The procedure is carried out in an open procedure according to the GPA and is based on the provisions of the Intercantonal Agreement on Public Procurement (IVöB), the Submission Ordinance (SVO). Canton of Zurich, the Federal Law on Public Procurement (BöB) and the Ordinance on Public Procurement (VöB) in the currently valid version. The submission pursues the objectives and regulates the procedure and form the offer submission. Together with the general purchasing conditions and the confidentiality obligation of the University Hospital of Zurich, it forms the binding basis for this tender.
