Description:
The existing refrigeration machines will be shut down and dismantled, as will the existing cooling tower on the CHN high-rise.
The waste heat is transported via a new cooling tower (location roof of the high-rise building) and three hybrid dry coolers (new location on floor J). One of the four chillers can be used as a heat pump; the thermal energy generated is used for heating purposes.
A flawless delivery includes all professional, completed work including all associated ancillary work and material deliveries. All components required for operation and the dry cooler are included. The electrical work and hydraulic connections are excluded (according to the list of services).
