Description:
The Etzelwerk hydropower plant of the Swiss Bundesbahnen AG (SBB) was built in the 1930s. The transitional concession granted in 2017 runs until the new concession is legally. After a new concession, the residual water variant V5 Plus is beatfrom 0.7 to 1.6 m³/s and an additional compensation doping to ensure a minimum outflow in Sihlwald from 2.0 to 4.0 m³/s. This minimum outflow in Sihlwald is when defined conditions (e.g. occurrence of the salmon) at defined times on 4.0 or6.3 m³/s increased. The planned new dieder complex closes at the existing basic wardrobe above the basic gunsto. On behalf of the Einsiedeln district, the endowed water is also used in a separate, subsequent endowness plant (DKW).covered buildings with shaft and return to the Sihl.
