The general planner (GP) pipe construction is responsible for planning and implementing the remote lines (district heating / Far cold)up to and with the wall of the clientele. Every sub-project and thus every section of the remote lines is divided into SIA section phases. The following SIA partial phases are transferred to the pipe construction engineer:
• 32 construction project
• 33 Approval procedure/support project
• 41 tender
• 51Execution project
• 52 Execution
• 53 Commissioning, completion
The general planner house connection (GP HAS) has the planning and implementation of the house connections (HAS) in its overall responsibility. This includes project management and Hlkse engineering services including Msrl.
Every house connection is inSIA partial phases divided. The following SIA parts phases are transferred to the PL HAS:
• 31 preliminary project
• 32 Construction project
• 33 Approval procedure/edition project
• 41 tender
• 51 Execution project
• 52 Execution
• 53 Commissioning, completion
The project manager overall management and coordinationDistrict heat / long-distance cold network, house connections (PL TP2) has the overall management and coordination of the planning and implementation of the pipe construction (Los1) and house connections (HAS) (Los 2) in its overall responsibility. This includes project management and Hlkse engineering services including Msrl.
