Description:
The city of Liestal is tendering a service for an external wastewater department (supervisory body, property drainage specialist / client support). The specialist office processes wastewater connection requests and carries out inspections Acceptance of private property drainage systems. Per On average, 40 to 60 applications are examined each year. The time required for this is recorded in Chapter 7 (Offer). The actual amount of work depends on the economy and can vary. A linear/constant workload cannot therefore be guaranteed when placing an order for the service. The resulting service contract will be concluded from January 1, 2027 for a term of 5 years. The Notice period is 6 months before the end of the year. The notice of termination must be delivered by registered mail. The services include the technical preliminary review, application review, on-site execution controls, final inspections as well as the review of the audit documents TV logs. The services are provided in accordance with the applicable regulations, the GEP of the city of Liestal and the cantonal/federal regulations.
