Description:
The PUK is planning an expansion to two building plots at the Lenggstrasse site (plots Lengg- and Karl-Stauffer-Strasse plot) as well as an underground and above-ground connection between the planned new buildings and the historic old building. This measure On the one hand, the aim is to bring together inpatient services that were previously distributed across different locations and, on the other hand, to accommodate all of the Lengg location's bed wards in new buildings to be built in stages with a total of 448 inpatient beds make possible. After moving into the new buildings (planned for the Lengg OST stage), the historic old building - the Burghölzli - will be used to accommodate non-stationary clinical units with areas for therapy, social work and research and teaching, as well as administrative uses, to be structurally renovated and/or converted. With this tender, the PUK is looking for the most suitable planning office · for the development of the documents and to support the implementation of Inventory release procedure for buildings and objects on the Lenggstrasse parcel · and two private design plans for the two PUK plots at the Lengg location in Zurich.
