Description:
The cycle path will be added along Binzstrasse in the road section km 7,100 - 8,300, so that a continuous cycle path will be created in this area. To secure the new cycle path extension, a gravity wall will be built over a length of approx. 140m. At km approx. 8,170 a central island will be created as a crossing aid for pedestrians using the Zurich footpath. The road surface will be renovated with a 3-layer surface in the areas of km approx. 7,120 to 7,440 and km 7,625 to 8,270. A low-noise surface covering will be provided along the built-up area in the section km approx. 7,830 to 8,200. The surface of the existing cycle path will be replaced. The edge finishes are recreated in the necessary places. The VDE measuring point will be moved and expanded with a bicycle counting point. Two empty pipes DN 120mm will be provided along the entire length for a future BSA system.
