- Call for tenders to appoint a company responsible for carrying out the heating installation package for the La Coulaz EMS construction project in Payerne (VD). The contract includes all the services necessary for the supply, assembly, for the connection and commissioning of the building's heating installations. The work includes heat distribution networks, heat production and emission devices, regulation equipment, accessories, supports, fixings as well as the associated thermal insulation and fire protection. Also included are execution planning services, the establishment of workshop and assembly plans, coordination with other teams. professional, tests, adjustments, hydraulic balancing, checks, as well as the delivery of all operating and maintenance documentation. All services must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the CAN chapters, architectural and energy requirements of the project (Minergie-P ECO), as well as the provisions of the specifications and submission documents.
