Description:
Call for tenders to appoint a company responsible for carrying out the lightweight facades and prefabricated wooden facades lot for the construction project of a 76-bed EMS, at a place called La Coulaz in Payerne (VD). The market includes planning, prefabrication, supply and assembly of non-load-bearing wooden frame facades, wooden cladding and facade finishing elements, as well as the integration of photovoltaic modules on facades. Services include sub-construction, fixings, connections, interfaces with adjacent trades, as well as the necessary execution studies, verifications, tests and ancillary work. All services must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the CAN chapters, architectural and energy requirements of the project, as well as the provisions of the specifications and submission documents.
