- Call for tenders to appoint a company responsible for carrying out the sanitary installations package for the La Coulaz EMS construction project in Payerne (VD). The contract includes all the services necessary for the supply, assembly, connection and commissioning of the building's sanitary installations. The works include drinking water supply, cold and hot water distribution networks, hot water production and circulation installations. sanitary, wastewater and rainwater pipes, as well as the supply and installation of sanitary appliances. Also included are preparatory and ancillary services, such as the establishment of execution and revision plans, coordination with other trades, pressure tests, checks, adjustments, complete commissioning of the installations, as well as the delivery of operating and maintenance documentation.
