- Call for tenders to appoint a company responsible for producing the wooden and wood-metal window, door and joinery packages for the La Coulaz EMS construction project in Payerne (VD). The market includes the manufacture, supply and assembly of wood-metal windows and patio doors, wood-metal exterior doors, as well as wood and wood-metal windows for patios and glass roofs. The frames and chassis are made of Swiss or European oak, with aluminum protection powder-coated for elements exposed to bad weather. EI30 triple insulating or fire-rated glazing meets Minergie-P thermal, acoustic and fall protection requirements. The market also includes associated joinery, notably interior shelves, curtained galleries, embrasures and cladding. This includes fittings, opening devices, seals, surface treatments, temporary protection, testing and cleaning. The performance required in thermal insulation, waterproofing, wind resistance, burglary security and fire protection comply with SIA standards and applicable CAN regulations.
