- The 22,500 m2 Wasserwies area is located at Ramistrasse 80. With the FORUM UZH, a new education and research center will be created. There will be both usable space for the university's projected growth and castling space for future development in the center created.
The new building consists of 11 full floors (UG03 to OG07) with technology centers, 5 lecture halls (2,100 seats), 39 seminar rooms, 822 workstations, library, cafeteria, cafeterias and 3 double or single gymnasiums.
The FORUM UZH property on plot number FL2456 is located in Zurich at Ramistrasse 80, 8001 Zurich. The building perimeter is limited by Ramistrasse and Gloriastrasse as well as Freie and Schoenleinstrasse.
The project should be a lighthouse project in terms of sustainability and should also have high quality beyond labels and standards. To To ensure the implementation of holistic sustainable goals, certification according to DGNB/SGNI at Gold and Minergie-P levels is sought.
Work group 5A facade construction consists of the production, delivery and assembly of various facade and roof skylight components including sun protection systems for the building. These include, among others, the following main components (list is not exhaustive):
