- The 22,500 m² Wässerwies area is located at Rämistrasse 80. With the FORUM UZH, a new education and research center will be created. There will be both usable space for the university's forecast growth and castling space created for future development in the center. The new building consists of 11 full floors (UG03 to OG07) with technology centers, 5 lecture halls (2,100 seats), 39 seminar rooms, 822 workstations, library, cafeteria, cafeterias and 3 double or Simple gymnasiums. The FORUM UZH property on plot number FL2456 is located in Zurich at Rämistrasse 80, 8001 Zurich. The building perimeter is limited by Rämistrasse and Gloriastrasse as well as Freie and Schönleinstrasse. The project should be related represent a flagship project in terms of sustainability and also have high quality beyond labels and standards. To ensure the implementation of holistic sustainable goals, certification according to DGNB/SGNI at gold level is required Minergie-P aimed for. The tender is carried out in trade/work combinations.
