- The city of Biel is in the middle of restructuring its IT systems and is paving the way for the transition from traditional analog administration to advanced digitalization. However, many administrative processes are still largely organized in analogue form, such as written communication with the population, a significant proportion of which still takes place via the classic postal route and will probably continue to do so for a long time.
As part of This framework agreement already has a current need in the area of migration, for which the city of Biel would like to commission services from the successful tenderer. It is envisaged that further comparable requirements may be added at a later date, which are also covered by this framework agreement fall.
Inbox (Input Management)
