- Over the next few years, the Real Estate Department of the Canton of Lucerne will be implementing various architectural building projects. To provide technical support for these projects, the client writes consulting services as a framework agreement in the area of planning and construction-related facility management (pbFM). The canton of Lucerne implements its construction projects through the construction management of the Real Estate Department. In order to ensure the quality and sustainability of the construction projects over the entire life cycle, the planning and construction-related facility management (pbFM) is specifically integrated into selected projects. The aim of the pbFM framework agreement is to attract qualified partners who will provide the client with technical support in all phases of project development and contribute to standardization, quality assurance and increased efficiency in the construction project process. The scope of pbFM use can vary depending on the project and depends on the size, complexity and use of the respective construction project.
