SAK is planning to modernize and harmonize its entire SAP system landscape, including migration to SAP S/4HANA Release 2025 and replacement of the previous SAP R/3 HCM with H4S4. The tender includes a 5-year framework agreement for consulting, Migration, integration and operational services and is divided into three lots: 1. SAP core and strategic SAP projects 2. SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors 3. SAP basis The goal is a future-proof, integrated architecture with clear roles between clouds and on-premise, stable operating processes and high compliance. External partners should provide SAK with comprehensive support in implementation, further development, optimization and daily operations.
