- The subject of the contract consists of an offer for the development of a framework contract for the acquisition of a maximum of 47 buses over a period of 5 years for VMCV SA. These buses must be 100% electric and will have dimensions of 10 m, 12 m and 18 m. They will provide urban and interurban transportation. A 10 m pre-series vehicle is required to be delivered quickly in order to set up and test the operating systems on this first vehicle. Vehicles must comply with technical specifications following: * Provide urban type buses. * The overall length of 10 m type vehicles is a minimum of 10,500 mm and a maximum of 10,900 mm. * The overall length of type 12 m vehicles is a minimum of 11,900 mm and a maximum of 12,500 mm. * There overall length of type 18 m vehicles is a minimum of 18,000 mm and a maximum of 18,750 mm. * The maximum vehicle height is 3,500 mm. * Provide 100% electric motorization. * Vehicles are equipped with charging bars compatible with descending pantograph type systems. * The vehicles have a low, flat floor with no steps in the hallway. A ramp in the hallway at the back is tolerated. * No door has steps. * Vehicles are equipped with 3 doors (front - middle - rear). * The vehicles are adapted to the climate and the region of Clarens as well as the building where they will be stored. * The technical specifications with the elimination...
