Description:
The object of the market consists of a framework contract for the emptying of road bags, aqueducts, dumps and AF bags relating to an initial period of 3 years (01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028), tacitly renewable from year to year for 2 additional years (01.01.2029 - 31,12.2029 and 01.01.01 - 31.12,2030). The possible non-recondition of the contract for a 4th or 5th year must be announced in writing to the other party, respectively before September 30, 2028 (for the 4th year) or September 30, 2029 (for the 5th year).
In tender documents, the term emptying is used for simplification purposes. This term brings together all the work to be carried out (emptying, pumping, cleaning, collection, evacuation of materials, etc.) allowing the contractor to carry out maintenance work in accordance with the legislation.
The tenderer must imperatively Submit an offer of a validity of 6 months from the submission of the offer. The prices announced in the submitted offer are guaranteed for the year 2026.
Draid of road bags - Montreux Nord
Lot 1 includes the emptying of light water road bags located on the territory of the town of Montreux, above the red line of the plane provided in Annex C.2 of tender documents. A list of works as well as the frequency of carrying out the work is detailed in Annex C.3 of tender documents.
