Framework contract Heat improvement and city trees; Landscape architecture
According to the Immo implementation strategy - heat capacity and city trees 2022-2029 (StrB No. 641/2022), heat retention measures are to be implemented in the freedom on various urban properties. They are measures like that Plants of trees, shadowed and clearing of areas, as well as building greening. In the case of decent construction projects, the measures are taken into account in the planning in the course of comprehensive green and open space planning. With existing buildings, the outdoor areas should be retrofitted. In order to be able to process these smaller projects efficiently, suitable landscape architecture offices are sought as partners with the present tender. It is planned to select a maximum of 5 offices and to conclude a framework contract for 5 years with them.
