- With this procurement, armasuisse is looking for a total of 5 specialized legal service providers primarily in the following legal areas:
* General and special administrative law
* Procurement law
* Contract law, especially contract law
* Civil procedure law and public procedural law
* Liability law
* Public law
* Information technology law, including data protection, intellectual property law and licensing law
* International and international contract law
We are looking for providers who are able to provide the areas mentioned above from a single source to cover. The providers must provide references to show that they have the necessary specialist knowledge and proven experience with politically sensitive and media-effective mandates/activities.
The providers primarily provide services in the legal areas mentioned above the following legal activities:
* Representing armasuisse in proceedings before courts and administrative authorities
* Preparation of legal opinions
* Carrying out audits or administrative investigations
