Description:
The ZHAW currently operates different AV systems for each location with different service partners, which emerge from past project-specific tenders. As part of the ZHAW's AV strategy, AV procurement should be centralized in the future coordinated, which should lead to a harmonization of AV systems. This in turn should lead to increased efficiency and cost optimization. From the end of 2026, the ZHAW will procure the planning and implementation of its AV systems and AV services several external service partners to be evaluated as part of this framework contract tender. Advice and planning AV services The service partner provides the various services independently or in collaboration with the ZHAW AV services in the areas of consulting and planning. The scope of AV services is described in Appendix 5. Implementation and operation of AV services The service partner provides the service independently or in collaboration with the ZHAW various AV services in the areas of procurement, integration, testing, documentation, training, acceptance, operation, maintenance and support.
