- Service order according to the Unemployment Insurance Act: Part 1: Clarification discussion to promote self-employment (FsE) Part 2: Collective course to promote self-employment (FsE) Part 3: Individual coaching for Promoting self-employment (FsE) A provider can only offer for the entire offer. Partial orders are not permitted Form of offer: * Clarification discussion FsE Offer type: individual conversation Implementation: as required & Deadline requirements for the provider Duration: 1x60min * Collective course FsE Course type: Full day course Implementation: 6-7 times a year Course duration: A total of 16 course days spread over 4 weeks Course group size: 7 to 14 participants Course type: The course is blended Learning offer (combination of face-to-face teaching and digital learning). The proportion of face-to-face teaching is at least 50% of the total Course time * Individual coaching FsE Offer type: individual conversation Implementation: as required & deadlines provider Duration: usually at least 4 to a maximum of 10 hours of individual coaching of 60 minutes per participant.
