- Operation, support and maintenance of the entire IT system of a municipality in the canton of Aargau with 17 clients, integration and management of 5 network MFPs and around 50 common standard and specialist applications (including GEVER GemoWin and department-specific applications), hosted in a data center (RZ).
The council's 5 convertibles remain BYOD.
The contractor ensures trouble-free operation, system availability, data security and continuous monitoring and updating of the systems secure.
Licenses, maintenance, hosting, operation and support of industry-specific core software (EWK, finances, fees, wages). Operation M365. Integration of department-specific SaaS solutions such as KLIBnet, hosted at Diartis.
Integration of time recording.
Overall responsibility for operations and support all components, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support. Central active network components (LAN and WLAN) are largely replaced.
Optional: Replacement of clients, monitors and notebooks in the purchase model.
Delivery, installation and turnkey commissioning of all components with data transfer from the current system (W&W).
BYOD access with double authentication.
