Description:
On the area of the Andelfingen training center (AZA), the two existing buildings B and D are to be replaced with one or two new buildings. We are looking for a suitable team of general planning for the replacement buildings and the provisional.
The subject of tendering and contract is the provision of the Complete general planning services according to SIA 112 for the described construction project (see document dossier A). The general planning team with experts from the fields of architecture, bauralization and engineering is able to do all the expected planning services in terms of competence and capacity to cover it professionally until the construction of the building.
The service area comprises the SIA phases 31 (preliminary project) to 53 (commissioning, completion, cross-phase services and participation in the two-year guarantee acceptance) according to the current SIA 102, SIA 103, SIA 108, SIA 112.
