Description:
The city of Bremgarten carries out a selective procedure for the allocation of general planning services for the replacement new school building and the structural adjustment of the existing multi -purpose building. The subject of the tender is the services of SIA phases 41 to 53 (execution planning, Tender, implementation and commissioning) in the areas of architecture, civil engineering, construction management and building technology (heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitary, electrical). We are looking for an experienced team of general planes that the project with high architectural quality and with construction technology Sustainable and organizational competence realized according to the rules of architecture.
According to Art. 12 lit.1, the submission is of the intercantonal agreement on the Public procurement system (IVOeB) carried out as a procurement procedure with a phase of Prumpqualification and subsequent phase, including project analysis, according to the SIA standard 144.
