The Armasuisse Immobilien, by means of a framework contract, intends to commission a general planner for construction projects region in the Waffenplatz area / region of Northwestern Switzerland (BE, SO, BL, BS) (repair and tenant needs). The representative provides planner services in accordance with SIA MB 112, resp.SIA LHO 102, 103, 108 etc.
Depending on the scope of the project, the order includes:
partial phase 31 preliminary project, including supplementary capture of the condition for existing buildings
