In the case of disruptions to the passive elements in the GSM-R mobile network, specifically antennas and HF installation on/on antenna mast, specialists who have in addition to the technical know-how, also the ability and necessary training for work on/on antenna masts.

. Acceptance OMC fault ticket, independent handling of fault correction according to the order . Provision of replacement and small material
. Warehouse management replacement antennas warehouse
. Material and passenger transport on site
. Troubleshooting (repair and/or exchange elements)
. Departure measurements and logging (HF cable, antennas)
. Provide the data for updating the tools (MRD, FNT) and GSM-R DOKUS
. Return and/or disposal of defective material
