Description:
GVZ Building Insurance Zurich wants to replace its current BS-Kern solution. To this end, it is purchasing software that is able to map existing processes and functionality of the current BS core solution, as well as other processes, functionalities and interfaces to offer.
The technical and functional requirements compiled in the tender documents must be fully met by the solution to be procured.
To this end, GVZ wants to conclude a contract with a service provider at the end of Q1 2027, which will subsequently operate the core system for fire protection is specified in detail, implemented and introduced (including recording and analysis of specialist processes, migration of previous data, internal training) and supported and maintained in the long term.
In addition It hereby procures software that is able to map existing processes and functionality of the current BS core solution, as well as offering additional processes, functionalities and interfaces.
