The Beau Se Jour (0A) building, built in the 1960s, will benefit from means of renovating the facade as part of the embrasure project as well as means of creating new bathrooms in the rooms currently not equipped with them. rainwater installations (currently not separated from wastewater), a renovation of these has been planned as part of this contract. The contract concerns the provision of works and supplies for the rainwater installation whose objective, after initial demolition, is the realization of the new installation of this building (0A).
