Description:
Launch a call for tenders for a multidisciplinary CVSER engineering mandate relating to the renovation of the heat production installations, the internal district heating network (CAD) and the hydraulic substations of the Loëx Hospital (Bernex, GE) and Bellerive. The mandate covers SIA phases 21 to 33 and aims for the modernization, hydraulic reliability and energy transition of the installations, while guaranteeing the continuity of operation of an active hospital site. Variants to be studied include in particular a heat pump on groundwater (with authorization and discharge constraints), a biomass option (pellets) and fuel oil relief. The agent must integrate the asbestos/pollutant diagnosis and safety requirements construction site/flow management, regulation-supervision (GTB/MCR) and provide a multi-criteria comparison leading to decision support, then to the implementation of the chosen solution.
