- These projects consist of the renovation of part of the electrical installations of the Belle-Idee hospital site located in the town of Chene-Bourg.
The three lots decompose as follows:
- Lot 1: replacement of the generators of the linen treatment plant;
- Lot n 2: Replacement of the generator of the management center;
- Lot n 3: renovation of the low -voltage cabin of the linen treatment plant (22-0012A) and the management center (8-0012).
These facilities date from the 1980s and require documentary and normative update. They In particular, provide normal and rescued food from the entire process of laundry for all the hospital sites in the canton but also the power supply of the central 144.
The objective is to guarantee, at the end of 2026, a lasting electrical installation, efficient energetically and meeting the needs of the client. The installation must comply with the standards in force and meet the technical guidelines internal to the HUGs.
A site technical visit will be organized as part of the tender in order to allow tenderers to submit an offer qualitative and competitive.
The site is currently occupied and will be during the entire project.
