- - Hybrid modules: Delivery of 4 complete fields including all components, fastenings, Grounding, cables, cable trays and assembly of cable connections. - Project management & engineering: overall planning, coordination, material procurement, complete Engineering including all documents and final documentation. - Meetings & interfaces: At least 15 project meetings and 5 meetings with the SAS suppliers to be included, including travel and additional costs. - Factory acceptance test (FAT): One-time complete FAT on 3 hybrid modules with associated interface cabinet; Providing test equipment. - Transport & packaging: DDP delivery to the assembly site including unloading, bringing in, customs duties, Fees, insurance and return transport. - Assembly on site: Complete assembly, gas filling, wiring, ground connection as well Provision of all tools and assembly aids by the supplier. - Functional checks: Mechanical, electrical and dielectric tests of the primary technology as well as testing the Feedback, blocking and converter cores. - Commissioning & trial operation: SAS supplier runs IBS; Supplier that supports hybrid modules during switchovers (presence of chief fitter). - Training: 1 day on-site training for operations, maintenance and On call (system structure, Documentation, handling, troubleshooting, etc.). - Options: On-site high-voltage testing and delivery of a 1-pole replacement hybrid module; additional capitalized hourly rates according to LV.
