The market breaks down as follows:
Firm slice:
Through this public tender call (hereinafter AOP), FHVI is looking for a tenderer capable of providing a solution
identity management (IDM) which meets its technical requirements while ensuring optimal integration into
breast of his organization and systems in place.
The tenderer must in particular quantify the cost of installing the platform (the 1st year) then the services
support for FHVI, namely:
1) Project phase with the pilot (configuration, support);
2) Annual support (1st hypercare year then a recurring cost of annual support)
3) A training plan for 3-5 people.
For details, the tenderer consults the specifications.
Optional slices:
Optional, the tenderer must offer
1) A training plan for 5 additional people
2) A daily rate For customized development. This service must cover the following activities:
• specific requests on the solution requiring the intervention of a technical expert in
tenderer, projects to implement new features going beyond the framework of the
evolutionary maintenance.
3) A lump sum for the organization of a possible POC
