North of the Rapperswilerstrasse have been there for a long time efforts for upgrading and urban development on the basis of various neighborhood plans (QP). South of the Rapperswilerstrasse is also with The basis for future -oriented urban space development was recently developed to the master plan of the city space in Wetzikon.
As part of the overall implementation of the Unterwetzikon district plans, the QP Mattacker-Muehle, QP Pestalozzistrasse and outside the QP perimeter are to be redesigned/renovation the Mattackerstrasse and the construction of the sewage system in Leutholdstrasse are implemented coordinated.
