- commIT is conducting this tender on behalf of the cities of Aarau and Baden with the aim of procuring a shared (multi-client capable), modern and future-proof content management system (CMS) solution (standard solution) that supports the cities' existing websites Aarau and Baden (aarau.ch, baden.ch) as well as defined sub-portals and specialist pages.
The solution should be based on a common technical core, but at the same time ensure the independence of the two cities in terms of designs (CI/CD), content and editorial processes.
The The procurement item includes in particular:
* Delivery, configuration and implementation of the multi-tenant CMS
* Implementation of the central city websites including sub-portals in accordance with the basic mandate
* Migration of existing content
* Creation of specialist and design concepts for each city
* Implementation of Training for key users and editors
* Operation and support of the solution in the SaaS model (including SLA with commIT)
* Expansion and development options through defined options (additional websites, sub-portals, modules, services)
The solution must be open to the future, too to be able to reflect future requirements of cities.
