Description:
In the district kitchen at Tiefenaustrasse 112, 370,000 meals are to be produced annually for the needs of the Bern daily schools and daycare centers. Domicil AG is performed in the first two years. Domicil AG also produces for personal use and is expected to produce 655,00 meals per year. From the third year, the kitchen will be operated by the Office for Education, Social Affairs and Sport (BSS) and the number of meals is expected to reduce again to 370,000 annually. The costs for the expansion, which only concerns Domicil AG, are covered separately as a tenant expansion.
