In French: the United Nations Office in Geneva (Onug) wishes to receiveDemonstrations of interest in a call for tenders which he intends to launch for the maintenance of all the roofs of the buildings of the United Nations Palace and its appendices in Geneva, Switzerland. The work to be carried out concerning preventive maintenance and curative maintenance (interventionUrgent to overcome a waterproofing, coverage or tinkering defect) and are divided into 4 lots bringing together the different types of roofs to be treated: 1. Lot A: Tile or similar roofs2. Lot b: roof terraces3. Lot C: Copper placing roofs4. Lot d: roofs in wavy sheets,Steel or stainless steel plating bins. The goal is to establish a single contract for these 4 lots for an initial period of three (3) years with one (1) option to extend a duration of two (2) years, subject to the satisfactory execution of the contract by the Contractor and the availability of budgets of budgetsOnug, or five (5) years maximum. Note that this call for manifestation of interest (friend) does not constitute a request. Only suppliers considered to be qualified by the Onug to provide the required services will be invited to participate.
