Description:
The municipality of Kuesnacht intends to repair the bank wall L13 of the village stream above the mill stance. The affected wall forms the end between the Dorfbach and the Haselstudenweg or the adjacent forest. Two renovation strategies are planned. The northern Part of the wall is partially renovated due to the lower safety mank and the small damage potential. The southern part of the wall, parallel to the Haselstudenweg, must be replaced due to the significant safety mank and the higher usage request. The construction work is partly in the Public waters and in an ecologically and scenic environment. Among other things, there is a protected type of fern (deer tongues) on the project perimeter, which must either be left or relocated. The project perimeter is located at the end of the Kuesnachter Tobel. The Interventions should be kept as low as possible and if always possible, the existing building structure should continue to work. All new components should be modeled visually as far as possible. During the construction work, the Dorfbach is always harmless. To that is that Watching the weather and the construction site in the stream area must be cleared in the event of flooding.
