Dear Madam/Sir,The International Telecommunication Union intends to undertake a pre-qualification of Project Support Service Providers in anticipation of the forthcoming tendering process for the project support services for the new Varembe building project as part of the ITU Headquarter in Geneva,Switzerland. The following annexes form an integral part of this invitation for pre-qualification and are intended to facilitate the preparation and submission of responses:- Annex I: Instructions to Bidders- Annex II: Pre-qualification questionnaire- Annex III: Required certificates- Annex IV: Biddingcompany information form- Annex V: References for similar projects- Annex VI: Summary Scope of ServicesThis pre-qualification phase is a formal procedure for the evaluation of companies. Only those deemed by ITU to meet the pre-established criteria for this invitation will be pre-qualified andable to participate in the tender. It is therefore mandatory to participate to this pre-qualification phase to have the possibility of participating to the tender.Companies interested in responding to this invitation must register as an ITU vendor on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) platform(www.ungm.org).
